"The most intensive metal this country has ever produced" - Blunt Magazine Terrorust are smashing the boundaries and reinventing chaos. In late 2005 emerging from the ashes of legendary metal act Damaged, extreme metal drum legend Matt Skitz and good friend Fanza O'Grady (Torsorgy) began writing the groundwork to what would become Terrorust’s debut release. After 6 months of intensive writing they were joined by Dav Byrne (Cement Pig, Agonhymn) on bass and James Ludbrook (Damaged, Walk The Earth) on vocals to record their full length debut album "Post Mortal Archives". Their first performance was with international metal acts Nevermore and Skinless in late October ‘06, and with rave reviews Terrorust had begun to form solid ground. Terrorust's next shows were supporting American death metal kings Deicide on their national tour. Dropping jaws around the country on this tour, Terrorust was "considered one of Australia's most intense bands" - WesternFront Early 2007 saw a line up change with James Ludbrook leaving and Terrorust enlisting Matt Storma (Torsorgy, Cavity Maggot) onto vocals and mid year Steve Watts (Manticore) on guitars. With the lineup now solid the band are focused on performing and recording.
