Released in November 2007, Paper Champion’s debut EP was recorded at Brisbane’s Modern Music Studios, home to recordings from such luminaries as The Butterfly Effect, The Red Paintings, Dead Letter Circus and Small Mercies, and produced by Rick Hollis, who previously has worked with bands such as Shihad and Sunk Loto.
